Open on the campground – a fallen tree covered in vines.

Fade out.

Text: 100 YEARS AGO

Fade in on a garden. A woman, the Caretaker, picks up a rock. Underneath, she finds a piece of charcoal.

THE CARETAKER: Where did you come from?

She picks up the charcoal and recoils a bit as it stings her. On the charcoal is some kind of symbol, in light blue.

THE CARETAKER: And what do you mean?

She sets the charcoal to the side and then replaces the rock. She picks up the charcoal again.

Fade out.

Fade in on the campground – the same fallen tree.

Cut to black.
